1013 -- CHOKE

Back in June, I started noticing the number 1013 popping up here and there and I thought, Hmm, weird. But then over the past few months its been popping up more and more frequently: license plates, phone numbers, bank deposits, movies and everytime it's 10:13, I involuntarily glance at the clock! Here are the places I've spotted it in the last week:

* The movie Righteous Kill, "We've got a 1013! Officer down! Officer down!"
* Borders coupon: expires 10/13/2008
* Bank, "We will be closed Oct 13th"
* The company that produces my favorite show, The X-Files, is Ten Thirteen Productions
* The clock in my room broke and was stopped at 1013!!!

What the fuck is going on?! I feel like I'm in that stupid movie The Number 23. Honestly... I was thinking about it and I think something is going to happen on OCTOBER 13th. Here are my best guesses as to what might happen (a) I get hit by bus #1013 on Oct 13th, (b) the 10th time I watch the mid-season premiere of South Park on the 13th, I laugh myself to death or (c) (what I'm seriously praying will happen) I'm rescued from a burning building by 13 smokin' hot firemen from Ladder 10. LOL

Join in the countdown and the speculation fun and guess what wierd or catastrophic things will happen to Potterslily related to the number 1013!

Today I saw a movie that was perverse and sweet and it may just be my favorite love story ever. It's in limited release, but I strongly recommend this movie! Sam Rockwell _{(serious freakin hawtness)} + Chuck Palahniuk _{(can I get an AMEN?)} = all around awesomeness!

First off: love your "devious pick of the journal". I saw it awhile back and it pretty much enticed the most obnoxious "Awwww!!" reaction I could muster.

2: Whatever happens [if anything]to you on the 13th, I hope it's safe...and comical. So you can post a journal. Ha.

The worst has already happened. On October 13th, 1492, Columbus landed in the Bahamas.

So just think, whatever happens on Monday, at least it won't set of centuries of conquest and genocide.... _probably.
